Vacant Land

Rather than being classified into Property Sub-Types, Vacant Land is categorized by Possible Uses that are permitted by zoning and other regulations. Users may select multiple Possible Uses for vacant land property from the following list:

Industrial Land that can be developed for industrial use.
Mobile Home Park Land that can be develop developed for mobile home parks.
Multi-Family Land that can be developed for multi-family residential use.
Office Land that can be developed for office use.
Residential (Single Family) Land that can be developed with a minimum of five single-family homes or lots. This category includes residential subdivision land - a tract of land that has been divided into blocks or plots with streets, roadways, open areas, and other facilities appropriate to its development as residential.
Retail Land that can be developed for retail use.
Retail-Pad A finished out-parcel within a shopping center development. Pads generally enjoy superior street exposure.
Self Storage Land that can be developed for self storage, mini storage.
Vacation/Resort Land that may be developed for vacation rental/timeshare properties.
Other All other vacant land possible uses.
